There can be no doubt that the travel industry is embracing mobile technology, finding new ways to help customers and elevate the travel experience. But are travellers ready to widen their holiday horizons with technology?
These ‘postcards’ highlight key findings from the Ipsos Loyalty UK customer tracker, exploring travel habits and how mobile technology is now key in the planning and organisation of travel.
Fieldwork was conducted between 21st and 29th May 2015. 1,002 interviews were conducted online, with quotas set by age, gender and working status, to be representative of the UK population.
